Laois Cross Country County Championship Day 4 - Senior Cross Country and Underage Relays – Hosted by St. Abbans 3rd December
•There will be an U8 guest relay race for those who are not eligible for the U9 races. St. Abbans will be awarding medals for this race.
•Access & Parking will be through the main gate.The course will be at the end of the lawn, (not the same location as in previous years)
•Relay teams are not required to wear numbers, however all Senior Athletes must have a race number.
•All clubs please give me their list of athletes with their corresponding race numbers, on the day.Relay's will be run on a 500m lap, separate to the 2k lap for the Senior's.
•The times given on the programme are to be taken as guidelines.
•Senior Athletes: must be aged 18 years and over on 31st December in the year of competition.
Relay teams: The following rules apply to how medals are awarded.
A full club team of 4 (All boys OR all girls) takes first priority.
A full club team of 4 (mixed boys and girls) running together takes second priority.
A mixed club team of 4 (from different clubs) has least priority.
Where clubs do not have full teams we will try to give all athletes a race on the day, but please be aware of the rules as outlined above.
All athletes must be AAI registered.
