Couch to 5K 2018 Programme
Venue: Portlaoise Track
Our annual Couch to 5k programme starts on the 10th of January 2018
What is Couch to 5K?
- 10 week programme for beginners, walkers and joggers
- The goal is to walk, jog or run the Streets of Portlaoise 5K race around Portlaoise on St. Patricks day
- Train with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Where and When?
- Portlaoise AC's floodlit track beside Portlaoise College see map here
- Starting on the 10th of January and every Wednesday night for 10 weeks from 6.30pm - 7.30pm
How do I register?
- Just arrive at the track on Wednesday the 10th of January and register from 5.30pm
- Free Hi-Viz vests to the first 100 people who register so come early!
