Park Runs

Cyril Cuddy had solid run to take first place at the Naas park run. Paul Cuddy kept the winning in the Cuddy name in Vicarstown,followed home by Lucy Dunne and Elaine Moore.

Indoor Training Day Out

We had a great training day out in Nenagh. Thanks to all parents, coaches and club members for turning out to support the day. They were coached through all the indoor disciplines and showed great improvement throughout the morning.I think the juvenile athletes will be in good standing when we return to Nenagh for the Laois indoor championships next month on the 17th of February.
