Ardclough 5k

Well done to Aengus Burke who is making a welcome return to competition after struggle with a few injuries. He has come back in style by taking 1st in the O50 category.

Kildare Thoroughbred 5k, 10k, Half Marathon

Great turnout in Kildare at the combined road race event. In the 5k Olive Maher ran 26.30 and Claire Fitzgerald 28.14. Aoife O Malley (53.13), Sinead Curtis (53.52), Sarah Conroy (59.07), Margaret Mary Grant (59.08) took on the 10k. Patricia Noughton crossed the line in the half marathon in 1.57.14

Ballingar 10k

Olwyn Larkin had a good run in Ballingar to run 46.54 for the 10km

Danesfort 5mile, 10mile

After all the hard weeks training and the nervous anticipation of stepping up to a 10 mile road race, Joe Breen and Anna ran the 10 Mile in Danesfort. Joe got a time of 1:14:57 and Anna got a time of 1:18:18. Grace Reilly ran the 5 mile option in 32.14.

Park Runs

In Vicarstown we had Noel Marum, Lucy Dunne, Sinead Curtis, Nuala Arrigan, Rachel Ann Marshall and Rebecca Marshall.
