Laois Cross Country County Championships Day 1 - Novice & Even Ages

Richie Reid ran a great race to finish in 3rd place in the recent Laois Novice XChosted by St. Abbans.Paul Cuddy finished hot on his heels in 4th place - great running lads. The ladies won the silver team in the Novice Ladies race.

Emma-Jane Cuddy and Eva Howson ran in the U12 1400m, Caoimhe Cuddy ran in the U14 2000m and Cormac Howson ran in the U14 2000m boys race. Well done all

Rathfarnham 5K

Laois had great representation at the recent Rathfarnham 5K  - Portlaoise AC athletes running on the day where: Tony Reilly who finished in 16:05, Colm Fitzgerald who finshed in 17:00, Aengus Burke who finished in 17:44 and Mary Mulhare crossing the line in 17:16.
