Leinster Novice and Masters Road Race Champiponships 2019

Super results in Gowran for the Leinster Novice and Masters road race. Tom Lupton led the team to gold when taking second spot overall, joined by Tony Reilly , Colm Fitzgerald ( Silver 0/40) , Richie Reid and Joe Walsh. The ladies team of Sandra Fitzpatrick, Maria Cuddy and Anna Duggan put in a solid performance to take 7th team overall, Sandra's first event in the club singlet. In the Novice men's race Barry McEvoy had an excellent run to get the bronze medal, a great follow up to his win in Bsrrowhouse last Thursday. Barry is showing excellent form in his maiden season of running. Great days work by all today

Limerick Marathon 2019

Once again the ladies flew the flag for the club on Sunday in Limerick. Olwyn Larkin posted a PB in the full marathon, super running by Olwyn. In the half we also had a fine selection of PBs, starting with Louise Donoghue who ran her first half ever, while Sarah Gray, Tracey Gavin, Margaret Mary Grant, Niamho Kavanagh and Edel McCormack also stole the show. Marvellous displays by all.

St Abbans race Series - Luggacurran 4K 08.05.2019

Great turnout from the club for the hills of Luggacurran. Well done everyone
