Well done to Seodhna Hoey who was selected as the Best Senior Athlete in Laois for 2016 as part of the Leinster Sports Star awards.This is a great achievement by Seodhna and is just reward for all her hard work and dedication to the Throw events. Seodhna is a great example for younger athletes who are interested in the Throw events. We hope Seodhna enjoys her awards night which takes place in the Seven Oaks Hotel in Carlow on the 21st of January.
