National Senior Cross Country Adamstown 26.11.17

Well done to Mary Mulhare and Amy Walsh who ran in the National Senior Cross country on Sunday in Adamstown. Mary ran in the Senior womens race finishing in 17th position and Amy ran in the Junior Womens race.

Vicarstown Parkrun 25.11.17

Well done to all our members who took part in the Vicarstown Parkrun on Saturday. Richie Reid in 3rd place with yet another PB of 18.34 followed by Paul Cuddy 18.35, Noel Marum 19.14, Joe Breen 21.02, Joe Walsh 21.45, Lucy Dunne 24.40, Charlie Walsh 27.03, Catriona Marshall 27.24, Elaine Moore 27.57, Sinead Curtis 28.40, Martina Gardiner 29.26, Nuala Arrigan 31.12 & Claire Cosgrove 31.13. Congratulations to Dinny Whelan from all at Portlaoise A.C who completed his 100th Parkrun in Vicarstown on Saturday.

Vicarstown Junior Parkrun 26.11.17

Another great weekend of running for our Juveniles with plenty of PBs recorded. Fionn Cuddy 8.26 PB, Caoimhe Cuddy 1st girl with a PB of 8.29 followed by Grace Meade 9.07, Aoife Cuddy 9.33 PB, Leah Smullen 9.37, Emma Jane Cuddy 10.41, Tara Ring 10.42, Ross Ring 11.55 & Grace Cuddy 12.45. Well done to you all super running.
