Another one of our athletes who is improving with each race is Joe Walsh who competed in Graiguecullen on Wednesday last in 15:48. Also we had Niall Collins just behind Joe in 15:53, Amy Walsh in 17:57, and Sinead Curtis in 21:28.  Well done to you all.  

Vicarstown Junior Park Run 05.08.2017

Well done to Tara & Ross Ring on taking part in this week’s Junior Park Run on Sunday morning.

Eist 10k Carlow 05.08.2017

We had two athletes compete in Carlow on Sunday.  Tom Lupton was 2nd Senior Male to finish in 34:09.  Martina Delaney also had a great run finishing 8th senior female in 52:29.  Well done to you both.

DLR Bay 10k Monday 06.08.2017

Well done to Sinead Curtis and Niall Collins on their 10k race in Dun Laoghaire on bank holiday Monday.  Both Sinead and Niall are training hard and competing regularly and this is being reflected in their results, and also are known to enjoy the odd ice-cream post- race.

Well done guys keep it up.
