Vicarstown Junior Park Run 31.8.17

The first Junior Park run in Vicarstown took place on Sunday 31st August. It was a hugh success with almost 100 juniors taking part.  We had 4 competitors with Grace Meade in 4th position overall and 2nd female, followed by Rebecca Marshall in 6th, with her brother Harrison and Rachel Ann not far behind. Well done to all competing and to all volunteers on the day.

Leinster Junior & Dublin Championship 19.7.17

On Wednesday the 19th of July Seodhna Hoey competed in the Leinster Junior and Dublin Championships in Santry.  Seodhna won gold in the Leinster Junior shot put and Bronze in the hammer.  She also won Gold in the Dublin County Championship in the women’s shot put.

Seodhna also competed in the National Seniors on Sunday the 23rd and finished 6th overall.
