National League Final Tullamore 21.08.17

Congratulations to Laois Ladies team who made it to Sunday’s final.  The Portlaoise AC ladies who were part of a very young team were Louise Stack, Niamh Quinn, Kate Walsh and Seodhna Hoey.  It was a tough competition and was a great achievement to reach the final.  Well done girls.

Clonmel half marathon

Niall Collins is continuing in great form lately and has completed another Half Marathon last weekend in Clonmel in 1:40:15.  Well done Niall.

Junior Park Run Sat 20th August

Tara Ring was our first junior athlete this week. Tara finished 3rd female with a new PB.  Leah Smullen on her first park run was just behind Tara to finish 4th.  Ross Ring was our only junior male and finished strong also with a new PB.  Well done guys.
