Crettyyard 10k 27.08.17

Tom Lupton was our only athlete in Crettyard and ran a great race to finish second in a very competitive race in a time of 35.05.

Junior Park Run 27.08.17

Well done to Grace Meade once again in her 1st place position on Vicarstown on Sunday.  Grace is improving each week with another PB this week.  Tara Ring and Ross Ring are our weekly competitors in Vicarstown. Three young promising athletes with Tara getting a PB again this week. 

Vicarstown Park Run

Tiarnán Marum had a great run to finish 8th overall and first in his age category. Great running Tiarnán.

Frank Duffy 10 Mile 26.08.17

Well done to Niamh Kavanagh and Ursula O’Malley in completed this 10 mile in Dublin

Tinryland 4 Mile road race

Amy Walsh ran a great race on this very tough 4 mile course. Amy stayed strong throughout and came home as first junior lady, great running by Amy. 

Grace Reilly was our senior representative on Tinryland and ran very well to finish 4th Female overall and 3rd in her Category.

Tullamore Half Marathon 27.08.17

Five athletes competed in Tullamore on Sunday. James Hamm was 1st to finish for Portlaoise AC James was 12th overall and 11th in his category. Aengus Burke is on the up getting Leinster Gold and he also was 1st in his category. The Ladies all ran great races too Olwyin Larkin, Lucy Dunne with a PB and Nuala Arrigan.
