Downey Nissan County Cross Country

The dates are set for the upcoming Downey Nissan Laois County Cross Country season. Rosenallis/Kilcavan AC are hosting the first day of completion in Rosenallis on October 1st. This is the novice and even age cross country and its a competition that always springs a few surprises. With a lot of promising athletes making their way towards the senior grades and some more experienced athletes in the same race this is always a great one for the spectators.
The underage races are always an exciting affair also with some fantastic athletes in all age grades and of course some first timers enjoying their introduction to competition. All participants must be registered club athletes to compete.

• Laois Novice and Even ages Cross Country, 1st October Novice – Hosted by Rosenallis Kilcavan AC
• Laois Intermediate and Uneven ages Cross Country, 15th October – Hosted by Ballyroan Abbeyleix
• Laois Masters and Development Races Cross Country, 5th November – Hosted by Mountmellick/St. Michaels
• Laois Senior Cross Country and Underage Relays, 3rd December – Hosted by St. Abbans
