Thank you to People First Credit Union for sponsoring our Hi-Vis Bibs for our Couch to 5K participants, Our Couch to 5K is a great success with over 91 people taking part this year. It is great to know that anyone who takes part will have a bib that will ensure that they are safe & seen on the roads.
Great running by James Hamm coming home 5th in this top class race. James has started off 2017 in great fashion with two strong runs. James finished the 5 mile race in 27:55.
Portlaoise A.C. Members were out in force over the festive period, not only taking part in their own charity race but also supporting other races around the county and further afield. Well done to all who ran.
